Whew.....the last post....

I have said in the past, but it just continues to get funnier....he thinks he is a chihuahua. He stongly believes he is a 8 pound lap dog.
Lounging out. Taking up the whole couch.

And....the book parade. Riley was a dog. Quite proud too. Had a little tail that Bruiser was quite determined to get. We finally gave it to him after school. He was in puppy heaven.
and finally I am caught up with my blog~~. I will not get this behind again. Ever.

New Years Eve

Gone are the days of attending parties. There is no where I would rather be than home with my babies. Here is Big Daddy New Year! And my babies with their party hats & attire on!
Our tradition for New Years is to order Chinese food & eat it with chopsticks. This was the first year the kids par-took in the festivities. Well, besides Shane. They had quite the time!
She gave up right away and moved onto a fork.

Riley was a pro right off the bat. Look at him go!! Eat it up Riley! Happy New Year!
No, Dave and I did not make it to midnight.

Snow Day + my birthday

I was craving some chocolate cake, so got Dave the little tiny vanilla one. He was a happy camper.

Oh yeah....it "snowed" that day. HaHa

The final Christmas post. Really. I promise!!

We headed out to the zoo the day after the day after Christmas.

My brother is officially the Grinch! Seriously!

This picture is funny because whenever Adyson opened something and she couldn't tell what it was right off the bat, she got this angry expression on her face and said..."A BOX!!!!!"

I was so worried about Bruiser. He's quite the crazy puppy. So I gave him this candy cane bone in the morning. Im pretty sure there were drugs in there. He sat there for about 3 hours just knawing away. Quiet as a mouse, then went off to sleep for a few hours while the kids were crazy. I went the day after to the pet store to buy a case of them, but they were sold out. I now know the secret. Next year I will stock up.

Random Christmas Stuff

Because I can't let a season go by without posting these photos.

Oh my gosh!! She is the most darling little girl in the world! Those are bells in her hair! She loved them and wanted to wear pony-tails every day throughout the entire month.

Summary - Part One

Every year Santa passes through the neighborhood on Christmas eve on a firetruck. The stop is right outside of our front door. We talk about it all month. This year, we were waiting outside, right on schedule, and watched Santa pass by the top of the street and not stopping here at our stop! WHAT IN THE WORLD?? So, we head inside and make hot chocolate and explain sometimes Santa is behind schedule and....yada, yada, yada...you kids were good. Dont' worry.
Finally, we hear the sirens (see how dark it is now?) Santa showed up and all was well with the world again. Whew!!
And finally, miracle of miracles....Uncle Scotty & Uncle PJ made it!!! Finally!!! Christmas at the Keoughs!! What a fabulous year!!

A summary Part Two

In their fabulous Christmas jammies. Look at them holding hands! They are so excited! Still a few more activities to check off the list before bedtime though.....
Making cookies for Santa!

They must be perfect, and this one needs just a few other sprinkles.

Does Santa really need all these cookies? They look so DELICIOUS! Maybe he wont notice just a small lick of frosting?

They had to share a bed for the evening, but it was so sweet to hear them talking and giggling before they went to bed.

Terrible

Not that I'm a photo snob or anything, but my new I-Phone takes TERRIBLE photos. Look at the quality. Just terrible. Oh..good Morning Shane. that's what we wake up to. Isn't he purty?

Of course, no matter what you do with Bruiser he is cute as a button! Look at him!!!
My darling husband was smart enough to make me open this three days before Christmas knowing full well that it would occupy my time 100% for the next few days. He put it in my stocking one evening and let me play, I woke up early the following day to play some more. He finally called me at three in the afternoon and commented, "With your new phone, you would think that you might call me once in a while? How neglected are my kids?"
Well. they were dressed.
I LOVE my new phone. Love it!!
