of course my darling little girl helped me unwrap ALL seven pounds of candies!!! she is quite thrilled with the outcome. i chose my largest bowl, and in the long run....am not at all happy with the candle in there, but i think it would be frowned upon if i went to pick up another bag of starlight mints. shame you can't see the bottom of the bowl, because there are candies in there as well. very cute. very sticky. Also, it's so heavy it can't go on the shelf above the TV with all the others.
that little girl, how bout that 'cheese' shot? and yes, of course that's a christmas dress.

it started with the breakfast. the kids were a bit aprehensive about eating santa. who would have thought?
this fabulous pie!! (and this was not even the highlight of the dessert table. again, we all must have thought we were cooking for an army. )

Happy Halloween
So, now that Halloween is over, i told Adyson she can wear her cinderella dress anytime she wants, but only in the house. She is generally stripped naked by the time she sets her first little foot in the front door.
nobody knew who Riley was.
Shane had to work - so couldn't use the mask or that knife thing. It was a black cape that i could have made for $2.00
max's wings broke as i was putting them on.
And - the most important thing of all - the whole reason for halloween = WHOPPERS. my kids got none!! Not a single one. As a matter of fact - I watched Riley push one out of the way and grab CANDY CANES!!!! you know they were a year old!! not a whopper anywhere.
